The agreement
By creating an account or placing an order at Beauty Booth you agree to these terms, together with our shipping, returns, privacy and cookie policies.
Products and authenticity
Every product is sourced from the brand's authorised distributor and ships sealed. We never sell testers, decants, returned stock or parallel imports.
Product descriptions and ingredient lists come from the brand and are reviewed by our consultant dermatologist. They are general information, not medical advice — patch test new products and speak to a doctor about a skin condition.
If you have a concern about a product's authenticity, report it and we will investigate within 24 hours.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private. A new account confirms its email address before it can place an order.
An account opened on the storefront is always a customer account. Selling through the marketplace needs an approved application at /sell/apply.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars; other currencies are for display. The total at checkout — items, shipping and any discount — is what you are charged.
You can cancel an order until it is packed. Cash on delivery is available on orders under $120 within Bangladesh.
If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we refund it in full and tell you straight away.
Marketplace sellers
Some products are sold by approved brands and authorised distributors through our marketplace. They follow the same authenticity rules, and we handle the order, delivery and returns on their behalf.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.
We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the store, its sellers or other customers.
