Question 1

Are your products authentic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We buy only from each brand’s authorised distributor for Bangladesh and check batch codes on arrival. Send us a photo of any batch code and we will trace it for you.

Question 2

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Inside Dhaka metro, same-day if you order before 2pm. Dhaka suburbs take 1–2 days, outside Dhaka 2–4 days, and international orders 7–14 days.

Question 3

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery is available for orders under $120 anywhere in Bangladesh. Above that, we ask for bKash, Nagad or card so the courier is not carrying large sums.

Question 4

What can I return?

Accepted Answer

Anything unopened within 30 days, and anything faulty or wrongly shipped at any time. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it arrived damaged.

Question 5

Do you help with routines?

Accepted Answer

Yes — message us on WhatsApp with your skin type and current products. You get a plain-language answer from someone on the team, not a bot.

Question 6

Is my payment information stored?

Accepted Answer

No card numbers touch our servers. Payments are tokenised by our processor; we keep only the last four digits so you can recognise the method.

Question 7

Do you sell testers, decants or returned stock?

Accepted Answer

Never. Every product ships sealed, exactly as it left the distributor. Returned items are checked and written off — they do not go back on the shelf.

Question 8

How do I know a product suits my skin?

Accepted Answer

Each product page lists the full ingredient list and who it is for. If you are unsure, patch test on the inside of your arm for 48 hours, or ask us on WhatsApp before you order.

Question 9

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka metro $1.90, Dhaka suburbs $2.40 and outside Dhaka $4.90. Every order over $35 ships free, whichever zone you are in.

Question 10

Can I change or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, until it is packed — usually within a couple of hours of ordering. Open the order in your account and cancel it, or message us and we will change it for you.

Question 11

How long do refunds take?

Accepted Answer

Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5 working days of the return being checked. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bKash or bank transfer.

Question 12

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

No — you can check out as a guest and follow the order with its number and your email. An account keeps your addresses, wishlist and order history in one place.
