30 days to return anything unopened and unused. Start the return from the order in your account; a courier collects it, or you can drop it at our Gulshan studio by appointment.

Faulty, damaged or wrongly shipped items are collected and replaced at our cost, at any time. Send us a photo from the order page and we arrange the collection.
Opened skincare
Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless it arrived damaged. Returned products are never resold.
If a product disagrees with your skin, message us — we will help you work out why and what to try instead.
How refunds land
Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5 working days of the return being checked.
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer — whichever you prefer.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order until it is packed. A cancelled card payment is refunded automatically; nothing is charged for a cancelled cash-on-delivery order.
