Seller guidelines

What every seller agrees to.

Short on purpose. These are the rules the review team applies and your seller centre enforces — you accept them when you apply. We keep 5% of recognised sales; everything else is yours.

Authenticity

List only products you are authorised to sell, sourced directly from the brand or its appointed distributor. Parallel imports are removed and the account closed.
Record batch codes and expiry dates at hand-over. We check them at intake and may ask for the paperwork behind any listing.
Ship sealed stock only — no testers, samples, decants or customer returns.

Listing products

Every new or edited listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live — usually within two working days.
Use a clean packshot on a white background, the full ingredient list (INCI) and the exact size. Claims must match what the brand publishes.
The compare-at price is optional and must be a price the product genuinely sold at. Keep stock honest: a product at zero stock is hidden automatically.

Orders and fulfilment

You see every order that contains one of your products, with your lines only. Our studio packs and our couriers deliver.
Have stock ready for collection within 24 hours of an order. Repeated late hand-overs can pause the account.
Customers can cancel until an order is packed; those orders never count towards your earnings.

Earnings and account standing

Earnings are recognised when an order is delivered or completed, less the commission shown on your earnings page. Only released money can be withdrawn.
Payouts go to the bank account on your payout details page — keep it accurate.
An account can be closed for counterfeit or grey-market stock, misdescribed products or unresolved complaints. The reason is always shown on sign-in.
